A big thanks to NHRCCC for another well run and fun event, all the volunteer officials and a massive thanks to Graham Barthow for the use of his awesome X-ray T3.
Congrats to Andrew for yet another awesome drive in SS and mod.

Thanks NHRCCC for putting on another great event.
Had a fun weekend of racing and nice to meet the racers from outside of Aucks.
That night racing was really good to do and also take part in. (y) :D

Cheers
Anthony

Great event and well organized. The weather was not too bad apart from that midday rain. Night racing is cool and the traction in dark was not bad at all! ( I did better lap time in night racing!!)
Thanks to all the people who contribute into this meeting to make it happen! NHRCCC committee members, Same and Karl, Neil and Brad, Rebecca, Shane, Murray, Monster Stu, ... They have been working hard for this event!
Thanks all the Aussie boys to come and race with us, please bring more to come next time. It would be nice to see more Aussie/international guys/girls to race in all different classes. (Well, I consider myself as half Kiwi and half Chinese)
Using a 13.5T motor is fun to race in Mod but it could be the time for me to have the "Real" Mod car ready to race with all the Top guys.
M Chassis Class is fun and it's the best mini race ever (finally got the setup sorted, took me years to find it out!!)

looking forward to see you all in the next international.

Firstly, big well done to the North Harbour club for the event, Huge fun factor, addicted to this event so to speak :)
Night racing = 8) , 2 extra rounds = 8) 8)
the qualifying rolling start thing was cool too (once I got used to it)
keep up the innovation (y) its the best way to move forward in my opinion

also just to state the obvious .... you people do not know how lucky you are to have a track like this (y)
Its one of the reasons I would travel for 8+ hrs just to race  (plus you guys know I more than a little addicted)

the other (and biggest) reason for me to travel is the people (y)
you filled my head so full of ideas, tips, and other data that I had trouble sleeping
thanks to bishy, murray-w, matt-w for the F1 help, david-b for the touring car help, mazbop for the mini help, there were plenty of others too.

Well I don't know about everyone else but I am completely shattered.
What a long weekend it was for me - and I only live 25mins from the track, I can't imagine how it was for those who had to travel up/down/across the ditch to race - so thanks all who did as it made for an enjoyable weekends racing.
I was about ready to throw my touring car into a bin on Saturday after a myriad of issues including a chernobyl'd 13.5 and it went pretty much downhill for me in Superstock from that point, don't think I've ever DNF'd three races in a row before  the worst was one was a runaway car while holding a handy lead in the second final... must get a 2.4 radio...
The Pan cars were a different story though, qualifying battles were awesome in Pro 10 with Murray and I swapping paint off the end of the straight lap after lap in the Dusk session being the highlight of my RC career so far! It's a shame I couldn't carry that pace on to finals day where I paid the price for not being all stocked up on good tyres, they really are sensitive beasts when you start fiddling around with shock pre-load trying to balance the worn-out fronts with the super-chunked rears but I still had a ball.
F1 finally came good for me, after being luckier than Matt W with a backmarker on the last section of the last lap of race 1 made the win a bit of a gift but Michael VDH and Matt made sure I didn't forget they were there in the last 2 finals, talk about pressure
Hopefully I can carry the momentum on to the Nationals, but it may be time to replace the Jesus rear tyres with some freshies just to be safe as the bottom of the can on my motor is wearing thin
Just a quick thanks to Shane Millar for the lend of a 13.5 motor for finals day, Murray Watson for the lend of a servo and SS setup help (no thanks for beating me in Pro10 tho), and everyone else that lent a hand with running the meeting.

I copped some stick for it, but I had a pretty good view from my pit especially when it was windy and raining!
