More info to follow later this week, but advise anyone travelling to start looking into accomodation. Feb is a big month in Hawkes Bay.

Well, New year is Here,
Entries are open until the 26th Jan,

Just a reminder about a couple of things:
No HV batteries.
M07 is not legal in M-Chassis.
Stock Touring is the REDS motor only.

bank account details with the online entry link so it's easy to find the ACC number :
But it is HBRC Car Club, Credit Union Baywide 031753-0347564-00
Plus a Reminder to pay when you enter. "If you're not ready to pay, you're not ready to enter"
$40 for 1st class and $25 per each other class,
Also remember to add the $30 for the M Chassis motor if your in that class,

Battery rule was changed as the majority of Clubs voted for it.

I have been hearing that the reason for the no change was to stop cheating....but you can charge a standard lipo to 9v if you want to and people do try it.

So what we do even on club days is randomly check voltages with $5 voltmeter before the race, this stops people with any type Lithium batteries cheating.

By having LiHV it is a lot safer as well.

Anyway, I have been through these battles before and common sense never prevails so I will shut up and continue eating my sandwich now.
