TLR 8ight-T 4.0?

If it smells like Nitro, it belongs in here!

Have any of these been sold in NZ and if so what are your thoughts over the 3.0?.....I had the 3.0 and it wasn't to bad but I preferred the lazy feel it had and wondered if it was a big feel change between the trucks?......Its on my want list for in the new year( new or used)

Cheers Aaron

Hi Aaron,

I haven't run one but Chris Banham, Jono Thompson & Mark Johnston are running them. There are others out there but can't recall who. None of them had 3.0 kits but they all liked the 4.0 from the kits they came from.

It looks like it has followed the similar changes to the buggy so will have a more even power bleed due to the reduced center front drive shaft angle. The kit is a bit narrower so will suit tight tracks a bit better.

Cheers for the reply Scot....hopefully I can get a drive of one and decide from there, I had good success with my 3.0 so hopefully the 4.0 suits my driving otherwise I don't mind a 3.0 if I can find a mint one in the new year :D
