Cheers Malcster... Not uber keen on the Venom stuff, some of their boat stuff is absolute junk. I had the original rc10 back in the day and also rc12l and rc 10l... associated is pretty good stuff Might give Stephen a call, I used to buy cells from him when we still ran NIMH. Sweet, cheers man, my 540S sized motors are 5000 + Kv so probably not so good unless I feel like burning things :P Ah the mighty hobbywing ESC's do you guys get them local or buy from Hobbyking? do they have LVC built in? Thanks Jr007. I will have a look at both. Who sells them ? i think youll find alot of boat gear is 4-6 cell but cars for the main part use 2 cells. hard case lipos are what the RAWR standard is to, just a bit safer. ask around on the wanted section there a some super good deals to be had with other ...

I will go have a squiz at the savage. I was considering making an adapter for the spur on my lathe and adapting something to fit, but would much rather buy the part rather than fluff around.
